Hot Turkey Salad

Hot turkey salad Grandmother Marcia in her handwriting

There are certain recipes that have managed to appear in front of me many times throughout my life despite my internal protests about them. Hot Turkey Salad is such a recipe. On the surface, it seems like an unlikely candidate for a good meal. How appetizing does hot turkey, mayo, celery, cheese and potato chips sound? (Answer: not very) But if you try it out–yes, even the warm mayonnaise–you’d be surprised at the tangy comfort a hot turkey salad provides.
